2022-02 Council Directive Order No. 02

It is with much regret and sadness that I have to report the untimely passing of our Illustrious Grand Secretary Richard Brooks.

Therefore, I order all Councils, when in session, for a period of 30 days to drape the alter in Black and observe at least 1 moment of silence in respect for our fallen Grand Secretary for a period of 30 days.

Please keep Richard and his family in your prayers.
